Robert M. Thaggard, CPA - Robert has practiced public accounting since 1977. His experience embraces more than 26 years in public accounting including 5 years with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and 21 years in an ownership capacity. Robert has performed peer review services under the AICPA Peer Review Program since 1988. Prior to mandatory peer review Robert served on the Florida Institute of CPA’s Practice Review Committee from 1983 to 1985. Robert is registered to perform peer reviews for the Peer Review Committees of Florida and California, which administers peer reviews in several western states.

Qualifications for Service as a Reviewer
Robert is a member in good standing of the American Institute of CPAs. His firm is enrolled in the AICPA peer review program. His firm has received an unmodified report on its system of quality control on each of its reviews since its first review in 1990.

Types of Peer Reviews
There are three types of peer reviews; system review for firms that perform audits and other attest function engagements, engagement review for firms that perform reviews and compilations with disclosures and report review for firms that perform only compilations without disclosures.
